BBQ PHD Don Scott of the USCG confirmed!!

Don joins us after serving 20 years active duty in the USCG as a Boatswains Mate.  On the side, he had one hot hobby!  He ran "Smoke and Spice BBQ" in Deale, Maryland after learning the smokin’ trade from a BBQ master in Texas.
We're honored to have Don dress our pig for the dance and cook up some savory, spicy, smoky fabulousness for our annual BBQ!  Don Served at Coast Guard Cutter Drummond, Port Canaveral FL.; CGC Manitou, Miami Beach, FL.; CG Station Curtis Bay, MD; Coast Guard Recruiting Office Newark, NJ; Coast Guard Recruiting Command Arlington, VA and we are honored to have him!
